    Hello

    I would love to use the plug-in, but I can’t create email templates.
    If you need support it will cost $60 a year.

    Hi Dave, Can you pls tell us what the version of woocommerce and wordpress you are using?. Also have you used the latest version of this plugin?
    Also, can you tell me what are the fields you filled to add template?

    We are looking into this. Will post you shortly. But can you pls tell us more detail on reproducing the issue. Have you installed in fresh installation of wordpress site or in existing site with some other woocommerce related plugins?
