I tried adding <?php wp_head(); ?> yet page titles still show. Thank you!

Where did you add wp_head()? Can you send me a URL to a page that should not be showing the title?

Added to header.php just before the </head> tag. URL: http://israelilady.com/%D7%90%D7%A0%D7%99-%D7%9C%D7%93%D7%95%D7%93%D7%99/
(Funky looking, as the site is in Hebrew).
