Not show the new galleries

    After upgrading to the latest version the plugin. Galleries are not shown new uploads.

    I have already tried to reset the plugin and remove it.

    I have disabled all plugins.
    And yet it still doesn’t work.

    Hi @karpin,

    Can you try to temporarily activate one of the Twenty series themes then try again to see if this will change anything?

    I’ve changed the template to twenty twenty and it doesn’t work properly either

    I am just trying to understand better the problem encountered by you. I’ve checked your page and it seems that there is one gallery that displays and there is an unrendered shortcode preview:

    Galería NextGEN
    Editar
    Borrar

    Is this the problem – new gallery shortcode or module insertions not being rendered or there is anything else? Can you please let us know what editor are you using for inserting NextGen shortcodes or modules?

    Yes, to see the gallery that is being displayed is from the envira gallery plugin, as you could not leave the website without showing that photo gallery. Below there is an unrendered shortcode preview:

    NextGEN Gallery
    Edit
    Delete

    The problem is this gallery. I’m using the classic editor

    Hi @karpin,

    Can you please try to use Gutenberg ( default WP Block Editor ) and insert a NextGen Gallery module to see if that one will get correctly rendered in Frontend?
