  • This is most likely because the portfolio items are not part of the main page content. This plugin can only restrict the content that you have typed into the main editor.

    It was exactly what I imagined. So I tried to restrict each item in the portfolio, specifically the images using the definitions of “Restrict Content” directly on the images in Media. But that did not work.

    Although there settings “Restrict Content” and possibility to modify to “subscrible” , when it’s upgraded, the settings return to the default “none”. Is there anything I can do?

    That’s probably because of how your theme is displaying the items.

    In this case, the only thing you can do is modify the theme template files.
