Not receiving administrator email

    Hello,

    thanks for this incredible plugin, it works everything perfect, however I have a problem that I can not make to received email for every submision to the administrator email, I have read previous post and followed our instruction and I have checked that the mail was correct and also I have created a new user and I did get the email from wordpress and everything worked fine, however when i test the form i did not get any administrator email

    can you help me ?? any advise??

    Thanks for your opinion about the plugin and for your post 🙂
    It’s great that you have already checked everything. Could you, please, also try to deactivate all your plugins for a few minutes only and check if the issue still exists or not?

    Hello,

    thanks for your answer, I desactivated all the plugins as you told me and still the administrator email is not receiving any email from the submission. Any other idea?
