• I am user of Pro version of Rank Math. But after using 10-12 days my experience not good. Many issues occurred. I contacted to support team with a Ticket ID 1117767 before 6 days. But their response are too slow. My problem is not solved. They offer 24×7 support but practically it seems like 1 support in a week. They says premium care but no care about customer’s issue. I am going to cancel my pro subscription and want to get my money back.

    Sorry to say that, after a long waiting I get response. Anyway, my PRO subscription has been cancelled. Now you can tell me please how long it takes to refund my money in my account ? Another query is, will PRO features be automatic disable from my website or I have to need manually do that ?

    Hello @kajari79,

    The same shall be reflected in your payment source in 5-7 business days if you’re using a credit card. Refunds might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement if a debit card is used. For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    Some PRO features that requires connection to your Rank Math account will be deactivated right away. Other features will remain until you remove the PRO plugin.
