Not Mobile/Device Compatible

Hi,

I updated the Tooltip CK Plugin on my website today:

and now the tooltips no longer work on a mobile (they are okay on the desktop).

Issues:

1. They go off screen so do not resize to the mobile.
2. When flipping the phone you can still not see them.
3. They get stuck, you can’t clear them and then the underlying text of the website content disappears.
4. Issue 3 improves in terms of clearing them easily if I keep a line/dotted line under them but I don’t really want to do that. However it is still adhoc.

Can you help please? How do I solve these 4 issues?

I have tested again by my side, and it works on my test website with the latest tooltip version
On your website I see that the mobile detection does not work, like if something blocks the mobile detection

Do you have something on your website that is used to manage the mobile part of your website and that could block this ? I see for example that you have a right click blocking system, I can not tell you if this is in cause but I ask you 🙂

Hi CEd,

Apologies for the delayed response, I am not getting notifications that you responded.

I tried disabling the right-click blocking plugin but it made no difference to the behaviour of the tooltips.

are you able to disable the plugins one by one and see if it works ? once the conflict found, we can try to find a solution 🙂
