Try setting the review template as Post or Page type and then use the shortcode on the page or in a text widget.
Hi, i’ve the same issue as visualresolve. The Plugin is not working on a mobile.
What I’ve already done:
All cache functions and optimizations deactivated
Page / Post type with shortcode tried
The plug-in works on the desktop in developer mode (mobile simulation)
The plug-in does not work on the mobile, even if the desktop view is selected.

If I open the page for the first time on a “new” mobile phone, the plug-in works. After the second call, nothing is visible anymore. The behavior is identical with activated / deactivated cache plug-in.
It seems to work intermittently for me. I checked the javascript console for errors and it appears when it doesn’t work there is a jQuery not defined error. This is a guess, but maybe the theme is loading jQuery after the plugin some of the time. To check the console, open the site in Google Chrome, right-click on the page > inspect > look for the console window. You can also put it in mobile view by clicking the second top right icon in the console window.

Try changing the review template type to Post or Page and then use the Shortcode in a regular text widget. It also looks like you might be on the Pro version? If so, then if using a shortcode doesn’t work, change the slider type to the Advanced slider.
