Not loading

Are there known issues? I am trying out Corporate Pro theme with this plugin, and none of the buttons are working, or is there a content editor displaying. I have installed in a local environment and debug is on with no errors. I did install on a live site with the same error. In addition, when I install the plugin I get an error message “header file missing”. This error message seems to be triggered from /cmb2/init.php

But I can manually activate. Please advise.
