Since the latest update of Ninja Forms, my forms do not send. When I disabled W3 Total Cache, the Ninja Forms sent. So there is definitely a compatibility issue with the latest update. Any advice on how to use both W3 Total Cache and Ninja Forms??

Hi Sean. We’re waiting on the form export and W3TC settings export. JUst wanted you to know in case you weren’t getting the emails from our support system.

    Thanks!

This has been resolved and the user’s forms are now working. The issue was that their W3TC were set to minify javascript which can sometimes be problematic for any plugin, not just Ninja Forms. With Ninja Forms js files combined with other js on the page and minified the forms would not load. W3TC offers a way to disable minification for js files because of problems like this. Other caching solutions do too. In case anyone else finds this post, this is what the user had to add to W3TC’s minification exclusion list:

    wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/assets/js/*
    wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/assets/*
    wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/assets/js/lib/*
    wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/config-wrap-start-default.js
    wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/assets/js/nfLocaleConverter.js
    wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/assets/js/min/*.js

    wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/assets/js/min/controllers/*.js
    wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/assets/js/min/models/*.js
    wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/assets/js/min/views/*.js
