“Garbage, doesn’t even work with translations by default… Leaves bunch of English in mails.”
It appears that the email content is intended to be sent in a language other than English, but parts of the message remain untranslated or default back to English upon delivery. We’ve attempted to replicate this issue on our end but were unable to reproduce it.
To help us investigate further, could you please provide:
- The exact steps to reproduce the issue.
- Which translation method or plugin you are using (e.g., WPML, Polylang, Loco Translate).
- Which email templates are affected.
- Any customizations you’ve made to the templates or plugin.
