    I have put a link into the link box above, to snipboard, as this isn’t something viewable on site (it is taken from query monitor as a cut and paste).

    I am not sure if this is an error (and not quite sure if it relates to your plugin) but it appeared for the first time after installing it. Sorry if it is not relevant to that, and as I say, not an error (or not marked as one) but everything else in that list of things under status just says 200 OK, and this has ‘non-blocking’.

    Um, so the question is, what does this mean and is it a concern. I can see it is a ‘core’ matter, from the ‘component’ column, but just to check…

    1) is the plugin interfering, or changing, or doing anything wrong OR
    2) does this status mean that actually, the plugin isn’t doing anything at all (maybe as the core element

    And, if the former is the case, what do I need to do to fix it. If the latter is the issue, is this because I’ve configured something wrongly, or my site (for whatever reason) is incompatible with your plugin. If so, what is it I need to do?

    For the moment, I’ve decided to turn it off, so as not to slow the site or cause problems (no reason to believe it is doing either, but just in case). But it is still installed just not activated.

    This isn’t anything to be worried about, this is how WordPress triggers the cron events on your site. A “non blocking” request just means it fires off the request and doesn’t care about the response, as opposed to other requests that presumably show a response of “200 OK”. This means a long-running cron event won’t hold up the page generation.

    Oh and to answer your question, no WP Crontrol doesn’t change the way the cron events run on your site. This request is just triggered as a result of WP Crontrol telling WordPress to trigger the cron event runner.
