No statistics showing

    Some time ago the statistics function stopped working for this website. I was at the time using Burst Statistics. I have since tried to:
    – Downgrade the PHP version
    – Empty the cache
    – Install and activiate Independent Analytics
    – Deactiviate Burst
    But it is still not working. The graphs are showing zero visitors and zero pageViews for the past year.

    Thanks for getting in touch. I’m sorry to hear about this error.

    I just visited a few pages and I see the tracking script is firing successfully. Can you let me know if you see my views in the Analytics menu now?

    Yes, they have been registered (see attached). Thank you.
    Is it possible to retrieve the historical data as well?

    Great, I’m glad to hear my views showed up. Sounds like it is tracking properly now.

    Was Independent Analytics just installed on the site? I’m afraid there isn’t a way to import historical data from another plugin like Burst.
