• This is new, because we ship to Canada all the time. Customer attempting to place an order that will ship to Canada. I logged in as the customer, verifying correct address information, and received the same error. I had a ‘United States’ zone and an ‘Everything Else’ zone for international shipments.

No shipping options were found for XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ON XXXXXX, Canada.
    Enter a different address

    Attempted Steps to Correct:

    • Flush Cache
    • Verify ShipStation API
    • Flush API cache
    • Check logs, nothing presented
    • Create new Zone ‘Canada’, adding all provinces and setting up shipping services
    • Same error
    • Still nothing in the log files

    What am I missing?

    Hello @centuryperf

Apologies, this thread went under our radar, were you able to resolve this issue? We have had another user report issues with ShipStation API and Canada, but that had to do with GLS.

Are you able to replicate this issue using the calculator within ShipSatation directly?

The issue remains. I received a message moments ago from a Canadian customer attempting to place an order. “No shipping options available.”

Do you get that same error when testing this against the Shipping Calculator within ShipStation? Could this be injunction with a specific carrier?

Do you have an example of an address that should return rates but does not?

For example, we’ve tried the following and received rates from both UPS Standard and UPS Standard Intl.
    1234 Canada Lane
    North River
    Ontario
    M0X 1Z9

I’m having the same issue: There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.

I’ve done the above as stated in the first comment and nothing. What other things can I try?

Never mind! I figured it out.
