    I am trying to set up a TrustIndex Google review widget on my website, and I am running into to a problem. I can connect my Google Business Listing in the TrustIndex WordPress plugin, but when I do, an error message appears that says “We could not find anything with” the Google place ID. So it both recognizes my Google page but also says it is invalid?

    Then when I try to create my widget, the plugin says “there are no reviews on your Google platform.” That is incorrect – there are currently 111 reviews on that review page. Anyone else have this problem, and can anyone find a solution to this problem?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    There was a temporary issue with the connection on our side, which has already been resolved.
    Please follow these steps to refresh your setup:

    1. Go to the Advanced tab in the plugin.
    2. Click Re-Create plugin to reset the plugin.
    3. Then reconnect your business and reconfigure your widget settings.

    This should restore the connection, but if you still experience any issues, feel free to reply here and we’ll gladly check it further.

    Hi Laca,

    unfortunately I have the same Problem since today…
    I updated to the latest version now all are gone…
    In My Reviews I can see them though…

    I did reset the plugin, still the same…
