No response after support request – Using Essential version

Hi BasePress team,
I hope you’re well. I’m reaching out because I submitted a support request more than a week ago using the “Contact Us” form in the BasePress Pro plugin, but I haven’t received any response yet.
I’m currently using the Essential version (active license), so I was expecting at least a confirmation or follow-up. Unfortunately, I also didn’t receive a copy of my ticket, and the issue I described was quite technical, which makes it difficult to rewrite from scratch.
I totally understand that delays can happen, but I’d really appreciate an update or at least confirmation that the ticket was received.
