Hi there,

I purchased the pro plan. In my WP dashboard the account shows me the “pro version” but from “firewall” until “white label” everything is greay and clicking there shows me (some clicks later) to buy the pro version.

May you please help

It sounds like you may need to install the Pro version of the plugin, which was sent to you after your purchase. The free version does not include the features you mentioned.

As the developer is aware, customers may not be supported on this site.
