Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue with the payment options on my site. The error message

“There are no payment methods available. This could be an error on our side. If you need assistance placing your order, feel free to contact us at any time.”

appears, and no payment methods are being displayed.

Disabling all other plugins and switching to different themes hasn’t resolved the issue either.

I would greatly appreciate your help with this!

Can you share more details, please? Does it happen for all your orders or just a few? Any specific type of payment gateway or all? Which payment gateways and plugins are you using?

Could you enable the Cash on Delivery method from WooCommerce → Settings → Payments and check if it is shown on the checkout page? If it’s shown, then chances are that there’s an issue with the WooCommerce Payments method.

In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Yes sure!
The error occurs with every order. In the backend, everything is displayed correctly, but in the frontend, we get the error message.

We are using WordPress 6.6.2 and Block Editor.

Thank you for sharing further details on this.

I was able to check your SSR and could notice that all plugins seem to be running on the updated version. As you mentioned switching themes and disabling all plugins, are you able to confirm if you tested out with a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four?

If not, I recommend only having WooCommerce core and your payment processors with the theme switched to Twenty Twenty-Four.

As for the shared error messages, there seems to be an uncaught error related to the get_id() function in the RelatedProducts.php file of your WooCommerce plugin. This error typically occurs when the function is trying to get an ID from an object that doesn’t exist or isn’t correctly defined. However, this seems to be an old error dated 2024-10-15. You can also check if the error is generated with only the WooCommerce core and your payment plugin.
