no first name and last name captured only email

Hi

a quick question regarding this function “Automatically add your new user signups as subscriber” and checkbox for “Enable Create new contact … ” is ON and assign list there too.

When a new user registers to WP, it seems to be able to capture the email address but not the first name and last name for some reasons.

I would like to confirm if this is an expected behavior or is it due to some plugin compatibility issue?
