Hello @richien65 and thanks for reaching out to us!
Are you just using the alerts on your site via Wordfence or via Wordfence Central?
I have seen this happen sometimes on peoples sites where the tables crash and you need to restart them. An easy way to do this would be to disable all email alert settings in Wordfence > All Options > Email Alert Preferences then SAVE, and then enabled the ones you want again, then SAVE. It will restart the alerts if that is the issue.
Also, you can verify the email address by navigating to Wordfence > All Options > General Wordfence Options > Where to email alerts.
Let me know if this helps!
Thanks!
Hi Adam
I gave this a try and still no emails / alerts any other thoughts?
Would a link to my website help?
Thanks
Richard

Let’s test your WP_Mail for functionality since that is all Wordfence uses. Navigate to Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostic > Other Tests and use the Send a test email from this WordPress server to an email address feature to send an email to yourself.
If you don’t receive it, something isn’t working with your wp_mail, which you could reach out to your host about for assistance.
Let me know if it does work though!
Thanks!
Hi Adam
I did a test and the mail wasn’t sent. I contacted my host and they sorted it out for me.
“Please make sure that you set “Remote” at the Email Routing section of your web hosting package.
This is because whenever you send an email on the same domain name as the one added on the web hosting package, the current setting “Automatic” will try to send it to a Local mailbox, however, you are not using the cPanel email service and the email will not be delivered.”
Thanks so much for your help!
Richard
