No Disable button once enable troubleshooting mode

please help, i installed plug in and enable the troubleshooting mode.

but there is no button to disable it. usually it will be at the top of the screen, mine is just gone missing. I check everywhere. I also go to look into Sitehealth. And cant find anything.

I try to clear catch, clear history browser. log out and log in again. no. The menu to click disable is just not there!

what do i have to do, pls help 🙁
