I was using Ninja Forms for quite some time and was not getting a lot of responses, but just considered that nobody was responding. Then I get a call from a customer who said he could not send a request. I tried the form in Safari (which I use all the time) and it worked fine, then I tried it in Chrome and FF and both failed to send. Yikes! I had to create a new form to get it working again and request start coming in. I thought how many contacts we missed! Just a few days later ( I’m really diligent now) I find the form is failing again. After some research Ninja documents say this can be caused by Wordfence and WP Super Cache. I can’t run my site without either of these plugins. One other thing that I was aware of was how slow Ninja forms was to send. I switched to Contact Form 7 and have not experienced any of these problems over a several weeks span and my request keep coming in. Contact Form 7 is not as pretty, but after you get the hang of it is much faster to setup and change things. This made me realize that while Ninja forms have a nice interface there are many more steps needed to make changes to a form. I hope that some of these comments will be helpful to both those looking to use this plugin and to the Ninja form developers.
