I sincerely, apologize for the delay in response. We redeveloped the plugin just for you, for a better user experience.

We wanted to make the workflow easier for businesses. The team came together to understand why should a business suffer because of not knowing what their customers were thinking.

We improved the plugin by listening to our customers, we then developed features that will help solve the problems of our users. By listening closely to them, we’ve rebuilt a robust plugin that will enable any organization to enhance their customer experience. Today, MooWoodle enables bulk-puchase of courses. It is compatible with the latest version of Moodle, WordPress, and Woocommerce. The username and password will also be emailed to the customer after a successful purchase. We have also added a link to our Moodle-based plugin for auto-enrolment, which you can use for free. This growth is not a coincidence but the result of hard work, sleepless nights and attention to our cultural values. Here are our cultural values which we developed learning from our users.

I need help, install everything correctly, but I have two questions:

1. when the mail arrives to the user, the link that leads to the course appears like this: “To enroll and access your course please click on the course link given below:

To access your course activity = “0”] Online Course: Implementation of the HACCP System and its Prerequisite Programs [/ moowoodle]

You need to change your password after first login …. ”

What will be the reason?

2. Everything is installed correctly and synchronizes without problems, but this message appears on the screen: “This plugin needs to be installed on your Moodle site after installing this MooWoodle plugin to enable the course enrollment feature.– Click here”

Please let me answer your queries duly:

You need to change your password after the first login …. ”

Answer: The shortcode is not configured properly. Please follow this document clearly for configuring the shortcode.

If you configure it right, a clickable course link will appear.

Answer: The MooWoodle enrolment plugin is necessary for automatic enrolment in Moodle.

Dear,
we have corrected the Shortcode and now it correctly sends the email to the user with their credentials and access to the course.

But the link to access the course does not point to Moodle, but points to WordPress.

How can I correct that?

i have this error in wp:

i do and check all steps

what and where i wrong?

Please check this video. The complete process is recorded.

And, please insert your Moodle course ID from course settings in the shortcode.

If you want to create or use a group or a cohort, please use those ID too.

Hello Down Town, I have strictly followed the instructions and I have not been able to correctly enroll any user in any course.

What have I done ?

install and configure plugins, in wordpress and moodle.
Synchronize the courses (made in moodle) in wordpress.
Edit the product (course), delete the course description and put the short code, adding the course identifier (sometimes I include the group and cohort id.
I go to my ecommerce on an incognito page and buy the product (course), I receive the email from woocomerce of purchase and registration.
I click on the link and it effectively directs me to the login page of my moodle site, use the credentials indicated in the registration email and indicate “incorrect data, try again”

Moodle, wordpress, woomodle all with the latest version.

Please help me.

after purchase, everything is ok but when i click on course link that made with MooWoodle in “My Courses” page, the browser show “HTTP error 500”,but in background the user is made and enrolled. after that when i type web site name, the password change shown and after change password, MooWoodle course link this time works!?

Hello, I installed the plugin in 4.5.2 woocomerce.
Wordpress 5.5.1, synchronizes well but does not create the user in moodle, sends the email with the user and the pass but this does not work since it has not been created in moodle, please, I will be grateful you can guide me what to do, I have followed all the steps and I can’t find the fault.
