New users register fail

Hello,

I have the Buddyx theme with the Youzify plugin. I have been using Youzify for a few months now, but I’m experiencing an issue when trying to register a new account. When I click on the registration button, the pop-up window appears; however, while I’m typing in my details, the pop-up disappears. I have to click on “registration” again to bring it back. Although what I typed is not lost, once I press “SIGN UP,” the pop-up disappears again, and the registration doesn’t complete.

Can anyone assist me with this issue?
