menu displaying incorrectly

Hello, the newest update made all kinds of changes to this site. One that I cannot figure out is the menu. On the mobile version it displays all the child pages under each parent page, its not supposed to display them.

When I go to Customize –> Menus, it is showing as I originally intended. The published version looks different.
