New Comment Updates

I’m using another plugin (social) to share posts to Facebook and Twitter, and pull back “likes” and comments to be displayed as WordPress comments. Those comments don’t seem to show up on Disqus. The old ones were imported just fine, but any new comments on shared posts do not show up on Disqus. They’re obviously still being brought into WordPress, since they do show up if Disqus is deactivated, but they’re not synched.

Is there any way to trigger some per-comment action to transfer those comments to Disqus? I love Disqus and I really want to make this work!
