Network Solutions Install Issue

    I’ve tried ten times to set up wordpress files using my Network Solutions account through their open source link. I did this a few years ago for my other website, with no problem. They can’t figure out the problem either. I get an error message. BUT then it shows the wordpress account setup and directs me to wordpress. However the file on netsol is empty. I realize this is a Netsol problem, but maybe someone else has had it?

    Can you please tell us, what is the error message is coming.

    @rachna I believe the Netsol engineers fixed this overnight. This morning when I checked the files were in the proper folder ready to go. Thank you for responding.

    Error Message I had received prior:

    “404: Page not found
    This error is generated when there was no web page with the name you specified at the web site.Troubleshooting suggestions:Ensure the page you are linking to exists in the correct folder.
    Check your file name for case sensitivity . Index.htm is not the same as index.htm!
    Temporarily disable any rewrite rules by renaming your .htaccess file if it exists.”
