Nested comments, no reply link on lowest level

    Hi,

    i use the default WordPress comments. Nested, but only with one additional level.

    The problem is, every reply (on level 2) to the main comment (on level 1) has no reply link:

    Example

    Is it possible to add reply links without increasing the amount of levels?
    For example, a reply to comment 1 or comment 2 in the graphic above would stay on level 2.

    Thanks in advance!

    PS: Just using wp_list_comments at the moment.
