    I got a refund, but I lost way more than that. I had to step out of a SEO conference that I paid $150 for to troubleshoot. I purchased the premium plugin, and it’s garbage. I’ve had multiple problems over the last few years. These guys need to give all of their subscribers a refund and close up shop.

    Not for that they don’t. I get you’re upset but plugins or people are banned for malice, for repeatedly breaking the rules, for ignoring multiple cautioning.

    Plugins do not get banned because they made a mistake or that you’re upset with them.

    I understand if this was the first mistake, but it’s been like the 5th or 6th in the last year. Maybe the plugin shouldn’t be banned, but it needs to be watched carefully in the WordPress plugin repository.
