Need to change Facebook widget CSS

    I can’t use the Jetpack Facebook widget unless I change the widget title color. The widget title is dark by default, there’s no setting to change it, and that makes it unreadable against my widget background (which is also dark). What to do?

    Come to think of it, it would be nice to also be able to change the widget title font, since it’s clashing with my site’s default font).

    Are you referring to the Facebook Page Plugin Widget? If so, can you add it back again so I can see what is happening?

    The CSS selector for the Facebook widget title is a little different from the others you are using — this particular title is also a link which could be why your theme’s CSS hasn’t been applied.

    I recommend checking to see your CSS for widget titles also includes h2.widget-title a in the list of selectors. Adding that should mean the same styles are applied.

    I made a typo in the selector above, so just make sure you have copied over the new (edited) one above 🙂

    Hi Gemma, thank you for your response. I added the widget on a page that I’m pretty sure nobody looks at:

    Also I should note that I’m a Jetpack Premium customer, but whenever I try to submit a ticket I’m told that I’m not logged in, even after I repeatedly log in.

    Sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble reaching us that way. Which browser and version number are you using? Could you try using a different browser to see if you are able to login and contact us directly there?

    Thanks for adding the widget back — I’m not seeing any dark text on a dark background though. Only white text on the blue title background and gradient over the image:
