Thank you for your feedback. We understand that you feel the free version of the plugin is limited, and we truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts. Our aim with the free version is to offer essential tools for basic user registration and management.
Regarding the 2FA or OTP feature, it is only included in the premium version. We have never advertised it as part of the free version. If we had claimed that the free version includes 2FA or OTP but then asked users to upgrade to use it, your concern would be completely valid. However, we have clearly stated that this feature is only available in the premium version. That said, we always welcome suggestions from users. If you’d like to request that a premium feature be added to the free version, please submit it through our feature request page here: hhttps://wpuserregistration.com/feature-requests. We regularly review user feedback and consider it for future updates based on demand.
Lastly, we kindly ask you to reconsider your review, as we have been transparent about which features are included in premium version of the plugin.
