I am using the Performance Lab plugin to optimize my WordPress website’s speed and performance. While the plugin has many helpful features, I am facing some difficulties with certain optimizations not taking effect as expected.

I have already cleared caches, disabled other optimization plugins, and followed the setup instructions, but some performance improvements are still not visible. Could you please guide me on how to properly configure Performance Lab to achieve optimal results?
