I changed WhatsApp sharing URI to:
https://api.whatsapp.com/send?text=
So it’s correct now.

Also, I replaced all the icons with font awesome icons.
I think SVG has the risk for website.

we assume that we have a post title:

so share this on twitter will be:
——— DON& # 8 2 1 7 ;T FIGHT THE DARKNESS ———
A series of Unclear characters instead of the apostrophe

Before installing Ocean Social Sharing plugin I was using Jetpack sharing module without this problem.
