Need a map plugin for client

Hi all, I have a client that travels across the USA doing podcasts in certain cities. The client wants to be able to have a map on their site that highlights these cities they have been to and link those points on the map to a page with the podcasts on their site.

Can anybody suggest any plugins that do this? So far the only plugins I’ve seen just create unclickable points on a map.
