Neat Plug, some irritating Bugs

- woocommerce_gallery_thumbnail size shows 139×139 in Image Sizes but is actually 100×100 and shows as that under thumbnail generation
- woocommerce_gallery_thumbnail size doesn’t update for thumbnail generation if changed
- After saving changes, deleted image sizes are all back.
