    When I look at the list of requests as an administrator in name and email I see Anonymous and not the real name, why? How can I directly see the real name and email without seeing anonymous? Thanks.

    Thanks for contacting us. I hope you are doing well.

    Please make sure, you have not deleted the user from WP Users. Also, please check your GDPR settings, if the user data got deleted through the GDPR then all his tickets will have the owner’s name “anonymous”. You can check the GDPR settings at Support > Settings > General Settings > Miscellenious > GDPR > Check Personal data retention time period > You can set it to 0 to retain customer data for an infinite time.
