MySQL migration procedure

    I dumped the SQlite database and converted it to MySQL using a custom script, disabled the plugin on the new site but still several things did not work.

    I think it would be good to document somewhere if there is actually a way to migrate to MySQL. If this is not feasible this should be documented also.

    This is in my TODO list. I’d like to add some migration features in the future release. As for the documentation, I’ll include the instruction for manual migration.
