My WordPress Admin Gone Very Slow

Hello,

I have two website markenewsbiz.com and newstechmarkets.com there admin section became too slow to work we cleaned all posts upgraded to good VPS still the issue same.

The hosting provider said wp_terms and wp_terms_taxonomy are large. thats why execution is slow it has approx 420,000 Rows same is with another site.

This is hampering my business now i got WP Database which showing option to delete these table so what do suggest please should i delete these table via plugin ?

if i delete then it will hamper website or there is any other solution to delete rows ?

please help me i can’t find the solution anywhere to make admin and website fast
