My Account page has been deleted

I have fixed some of the JS errors, but when updating to WP 4.5.3 on a test site I get the same error from TheCartPress. It has to do with select2 maybe, but when I comment out the select2 section in TheCartPress I still get the error about the “My Account page”

Does TheCartPress require the latest version of jquery?

No not admin, just to the front end of the staged version of the site.
It is password protected.
