Multisite application question

I have a multisite that has some replicated content across the network. All of the sites have some of the same pages. One of the pages has a youtube video that needs to be changed. 2 questions:
1. Can this plugin search and replace the youtube video link on all of the subsites?
2. If so, would this be done as a single network operation or would the plugin need to run on each site individually? I’m looking for the most efficient method to make this correction and others in the future.
