multisite admins unable to use embed code (maps, video, forms, etc.)

Hi,

Is it normal for the admins of my multisite to not be able to copy and paste embed code into their posts? For example, embedding a Google map onto their page.

When I test, logged in as super admin it works as expected. When I log in as just an admin, then what happens is I paste the embed code, hit the WP update button, and after the editor refreshes, the code is gone.

Is this “normal” multisite behavior and if so, are there any work arounds for allowing my admins this capability?
