    How can I get this plugin to work in multisite+bp installation, and have the menu items appear on every site profile page?

    I hope you are having a great day!

    At the moment, the Custom Profile Menu for BuddyPress plugin doesn’t work at a network-level in WordPress multisite installations. However, what you’re looking for appears to be a very good idea and I’ve logged it in my list of feature requests which are upcoming in the plugin soon. Thank you for your feedback.
