    Hello, thank you for reaching out!

    Can you try removing the connection, disabling/enabling the plugin, and then re-connecting it? Before doing so, please disable all caching plugins, and clear the cache.

    Also, we noticed that you are using the Priority Hints plugin, can you check to ensure that it’s not deferring any Facebook scripts, or stopping them from executing?

    Please let us know if this gets rid of the error, or if it persists.

    Hi Marko,

    Thanks for the speedy response! I’ve followed your steps and the techincal issue emails seem to have stopped now.

    Yes, we use WP Rocket to handle caching, deferring, priority, etc. If this issue comes back I’ll check through the settings and make sure that it’s not blocking anything.

    It’s great to hear that everything is working as expected now!

    Yes, cache can be quite tricky in general, and some plugins block certain scripts from executing altogether – so it would be best to check and/or reproduce the steps that Marko mentioned if this issue arises again.
