How is it possible to change a recipient’s email address?

We did not quite understand which recipient we were talking about. The user fills out a form and indicates his email. Do you want to change this email?

And is it possible to set up multiple recipient email addresses?

Yes. You can set multiple email’s in Submit Options tab.
