Multiple posts in one email?

Can I send multiple posts in the same email? Assuming I put the category in the mail subject and post title in the message body, something like this (these are scheduled posts):

testing text – post 1
blah blah blah, etc.

:end

date: Aug 1, 2017

testing text – post 2
blah blah blah, etc.

:end

date: Aug 2, 2017
