Multiple FAQs

    Hello everyone,

    Is it possible to have a system where clicking a FAQ button displays other FAQ buttons? Let me explain with an example: First FAQ options: General Questions, Butcher Shop, Fishmonger, Greengrocer. You choose one of these, and the subsequent options appear depending on your click. If you click “Butcher Shop,” you’ll see questions related to butcher shops; if you click “Greengrocer,” you’ll see questions about greengrocers. Currently, I have to put all these questions in the same FAQ, and if I have 20 questions, they all appear at once. Is there a way to categorize them?

I’m not sure if it’s really what I’m asking, since I want to be able to press a button and have more buttons with related questions appear.

    Hi,

    FAQs with Categories are currently not available with the Free version. As the article says, you can achieve this with the WPBot Professional and the Master licenses using the Simple Text Responses Pro module.
