Multiple custom fields

First off thanks for creating this plugin. It’s very helpful.

I just have one problem. I have 5 custom fields with the same key but different values. I created 5 different fields in my form pointing to the same custom field but when it loads it duplicates the same value in each of the five fields, rather than populating each field with the unique value that’s already in the post.

Any advice on how to fix this? I want to be able to edit and save each field.
