Multiple Checkouts

My customers site does not sell products on the main site, but does have seperate club shops that unique to each club like

What idealy need is seperate basket and checkout pages for each club shop.

With the first link I have created a new menu but you click basket you go the genric basket page and cant back to that shop.

My customer doesn’t want a menu link or drop down list for the shops as they don’t want each club to be able to see the other ones?
