Admittedly, we do not have a great solution for this at all, and it stems from the aspect of storing static text as options in the database. This is also an issue not unique to just our plugin, as it would affect anyone doing the same or similar.
That said, I don’t know what to say regarding having the same values available for multiple languages and used for whichever language a user has set for themselves or prefers. Anything that I can come up with off the top of my head would be very code heavy and a very custom solution that’d also likely require changes to the plugin directly.
