Thanks for your post.
It should be pointed out that all catalogs are usually created from the admin page of the plugin under the “Catalogs” section. Thus, if a user has an access to the WordPress dashboard (backend) then the catalog could be created a vendor. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to create a catalog at the front end by any user/vendor.
